Refunds

Once we have received and processed the returned item, we will notify you of your refund by email. Please allow about 15 business days from the date we receive your shipment for the processing of your shipment. The refund will be credited back to the account that was used for the original purchase. The actual shipping and handling charges will be deducted from the product credit. If the error is ours, we will cover the shipping charges. 

Step 1

Send an email to support@phillipsperformance.com to get a return authorization number

Step 2

Products must be returned in original packaging or plain unmarked cardboard box with appropriate packing support material
Print out RMA confirmation page and include it in the packaging
Clearly mark outside of box with RMA number
For your protection we highly recommend that you use an insured shipping service that provides delivery confirmation such as UPS / FedEx or US Mail.
Please send us an email with both the return authorization number and the package tracking number

PLEASE NOTE: NOT ALL PRODUCTS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS. ALL SALES OF CUSTOMIZED ITEMS ARE FINAL AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS. IF THE ITEMS HAVE BEEN MODIFIED IN ANY MANNER OR PAINTED THEY CANNOT BE RETURNED. IN ALL RETURNS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLYING AND VERIFYING PROPER SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS FOR YOUR SELECTED CARRIER.
