Online Return Policy

Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any new, unused / unaltered item for a full refund. The actual shipping and handling charges will be deducted from the product credit. If the error is ours, we will cover the shipping charges. 
If your shipment arrives and there are any missing parts, please contact us within 5 days of the receipt of the order. We will have the missing or replacement items shipped to you as quickly as possible. We will use the same shipping method you used for your original order.

Once we have received and processed the returned item, we will notify you of your refund by email. Please allow about 15 business days from the date we receive your shipment for the processing of your shipment. The refund will be credited back to the account that was used for the original purchase. The actual shipping and handling charges will be deducted from the product credit. Print out RMA confirmation page and include it in the packaging
Clearly mark outside of box with RMA number
For your protection we highly recommend that you use an insured shipping service that provides delivery confirmation such as UPS / FedEx or US Mail.
