Since 2018, our Lil-Devil Fender Flares have been handcrafted using silicone molds and manual labor. While this allowed for custom production, it also resulted in longer lead times and variable consistency.

Effective January 15, 2026, we are transitioning to injection-molded flares.

Center section secured with commercial-grade tape (200 MPH tested)
Improved gapless fit, flexibility, and body conformity
